Shipping policy

We offer delivery for your orders via courier, and you are also welcome to do a self collection in home base.

Fur and Babies will deliver your order to you as soon as possible, and delivery can take anything from 2-5 business days depending on your location. We need at least 24 hours for order processing. For urgent orders CALL US to make arrangements and we’ll assist to the best of our abilities. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver your order in the requested time or overall. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
 
Fur and Babies  obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Fur and Babies is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

Your order will be sent via courier , lead time 2-5 business days .

Courier cost R120 per order. Orders R1500 and up will be sent free of charge .
