CHARGES AND REFUNDS

We have a 7 day refund policy.

With the terms that immediately when receiving the product you will have to send a video to us of the damaged product to be able to receive a refund and then you have 7 days to send the product back to us. 

You will only receive a refund if something is wrong with the product. Please note that each product is thoroughly inspected before being shipped. 

If you want to return a product you are responsible for your own courier costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that we only refund via EFT only.

DAMAGES AND ORDER ERRORS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take every care to ensure that all orders that leave Fur and Babies are both correct and packaged adequately. Unfortunately, from time to  time, errors can occur but rest assured we will correct the error efficiently


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and received by Fur And Babies , make a separate purchase for the new item. We will send a voucher to the value of the original order (less a shipping fee) for you to use with Fur And Babies . Exchanges can also be done quickly  provided the item being exchanged is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

REFUNDS 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via means of EFT. We bank with FNB and no immediate payments will be processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
